Dear Dental Family:
Dr. Lynette Jones-Dove was born in Cheverly, Maryland and has lived in Prince George's County all her life. She is also a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden. Dr. Jones-Dove has been in the dental profession for about 10 years, she initially started her dental career as a dental assistant then a registered dental hygienist and later went back to school to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University. In addition to her dental school training, she completed one year of general practice residency at the Veteran Affairs Hospital in Washington, D.C. and has taken continued education courses in Cerec 3D, Invisalign (orthodontics) and Lumineers (Cosmetic Dentistry). She was also enlisted in the United States Army reserves from 1991 thru 1999. She is very proficient in preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry as well as practice management.
To better serve the community Dr. Jones-Dove volunteers her services when needed at the Berwyn Heights Senior Citizen Center and has initiated teaching caregivers the first Friday of each month about oral care for the elderly and mentally/physically challenged.
